The process of remanufacturing Alternators, Starters, & Generators

All units are completely disassembled in batches or individually. Wear and tear components such as brushes, bushings, and bearings are replaced. All other parts are cleaned, refinished, electrically tested and mechanically inspected before assembly. Parts that did not pass the electrical testing or mechanical inspection are replaced. We utilize state of the art testing equipment, tools, and methods for every unit we produce.
