Production Associate:

Our associates must have the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently (With small parts)

  • A keen eye for detail

  • Ability to be stationary entire shift

  • Takes initiative and be accountable

  • Ability to discern colors

  • Punctual with an excellent attendance record

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work well with others

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or greater

  • Minimum age: 16 years

University/College Students are encouraged to apply for part-time work. Students can request additional work hours when their schedule permits.

AEI is looking to hire highly reliable associates with some mechanical and soldering experience, but not necessary as training can be provided. This is a full-time or part-time position, Monday-Friday day shift with frequent over-time. Full-time associates receive full company paid medical coverage after 90 days and raises upon positive performance reviews.

Disassembly: The disassembly position is very detail-oriented and labor intensive. The position is responsible for removing components from the core unit, impact tools, air chisels, and hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers and wrenches. This position will load and unload components into a washer or blasting system. This position may require lifting up to 50lbs. Associates must be fast paced and communicate effectively.

Inspection: This position consists of a repetitive process that requires working with many parts of different components. This position inspects each part thoroughly to determine the quality of the finished product. Associates must follow instructions effectively and be detail-oriented.

Machine Operation: There are a variety of tasks this position completes. First, a machine operator must prepare by checking the specifications for a job. Next, machine operator places the workpiece on the tool of choice and set the controls to make the cuts. While the machining process is taking place, machine operator must watch carefully for any problems. They monitor the speed and heat of the machine. Associates must be detail-oriented. There are a variety of tasks this position completes, including repairing parts.

Final Assembly: The final assembly position is very detail-oriented and labor intensive. This position is responsible for putting all components back together for the final product utilizing: impact tools, and hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers and wrenches. Associates must be fast paced and communicate effectively.
