VRT-10
VRT-10 is a microprocessor based voltage regulator tester.
The unit can automatically test with PASS & FAIL indication all types solid state voltage regulators 12 – 42 Volts. For precise regulator testing, the altenator’s internal signals and the vehicles input and output signals are fully simulated and measured. For high speed testing, the VRT-10 has an optional pneumatically operated connection fixture. The tester can verify assorted special functions on the regulator, such as SSD, LRC,computer controls etc. The VRT-10 can simulate energizing of the alternator for TOS comparison. The operation of the alternator and regulator is completely digitally simulated and controlled. The tester has a built-in short circuit protection. During the test, measured results and diagnostic messages are displayed. The Sort function is a powerful time saving tool indicating what regulator is it and is it good?

CDT-65
The CDT-65A is a microprocessor based diode tester designed to provide rebuilders with quick, accurate and easy to use device to check and measure all main parameters of regular and avalanche rectifiers. During the test the measured values are compared with preset limits and GOOD/BAD indication displayed along with an audible beep if the diode is OK.
The readings can be taken even with the stator attached to the rectifier. The tester can detect the direction of the diode and automatically reverse the test probes to provide proper measurement. The limits are fully programmable by the operator.

- The CDT-150 is a microprocessor based diode tester designed to provide remanufacturers with quick, accurate and easy to use device to test all main parameters of regular and avalanche rectifiers.
- The tester automatically scans all diodes in the rectifier and measures each one of them separately.
- The full test takes 5-6 seconds to complete.
- The measured values are compared with preset limits and PASS or Fail is indicated, according to the results.
- The readings can be taken even with the stator attached to the rectifier.
- An audible beeb is heard when the diode or rectifier has passed the test.
- The tester can detect the direction of the diode and automatically reverse the test probes to provide proper measurement.
