Our proprietary remanufacturing (sustainable manufacturing) processes are meticulously tailored to each specific part, ensuring each part meets or exceeds OE specifications, all while delivering products at lower costs than new.
Meticulous Process
Disassembly and Cleaning
Every unit undergoes comprehensive disassembly and innovative cleaning processes to restore components to a like-new state without compromising integrity.
Individual Inspection
Components are individually inspected against OE specifications visually using strict acceptance criteria, mechanically using precision measurement tools, and electrically using state-of-the-art test equipment.
Remanufacturing & In-Line Testing
Any component that does not meet OE standards is remanufactured back to exact OE specifications using advanced remanufacturing practices, then rigorously tested through the same inspection process, visually, mechanically, and electrically. Any component that is not able to be renewed to OE specifications is replaced with a new component.
End-of-Line Testing
100% of completed units undergo a final End-of-Line test to OE specifications, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability before packaging.
Part Quality Tracking
At the end of each step in the process, the Remanufacturing Production Associates fills out detailed quality audit forms confirming critical aspects of the unit are accurate and meet specifications.
Attention to Detail
At AEI, we pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail. Not only do our remanufactured units perform in line with new OE parts, but they also boast the same impeccable appearance. We meticulously paint or treat all exposed metal and refinish any components that may appear unfinished due to the cleaning process. Our commitment to aesthetic precision ensures that every unit not only functions flawlessly but also looks indistinguishable from new OE parts.
