If you wish for us to include initial shipping of your unit to AEI, ask for this and we will include this in your purchase and email you a shipping label.

For customers outside our local area, AEI offers convenient mail-in services to ensure you receive the products you need no matter where you are. Whether you’re a repair shop, a dealership, a classic or exotic car enthusiast, or a high-performance racer, we’re here to serve you with the same level of quality and convenience as our Local Market services. Here’s how it works:

We will check our inventory and determine if we can offer you a Unit Exchange or if we need to do a 1:1 Remanufacture of your specific unit.
Based on your service, see the easy process for you to get your replacement part!
Unit Exchange
- Select your desired shipping method, UPS Ground or UPS Next Day Air.
- Pay for your order (including core charge)
- We will ship a remanufactured unit to you right away.
- Return your core (non-functioning unit) back to us with the provided return label.
- Once we receive your core, we will refund you the core charge. Note: your core must be the same unit (or an interchangeable unit) that we sold you.
1:1 Remanufacture
- Select your desired return shipping method, UPS Ground or UPS Next Day Air. (Enter here, to put note on its own line)
- Pay for your order.
- Ship your unit to us to be remanufactured.
- We will remanufacture your unit within 48 hours of arriving on site and ship it back to you, not including Saturday and Sunday. Note: if there are any delays due to component procurement, we will inform you within 24 hours of it arriving at our facility.
